Ericka began her career in the mortgage industry at the young age of 19. She began by assisting a top producer and quickly worked her way up the ladder. The extensive knowledge she has acquired throughout the years has given her the ability to craft solutions to complex situations and specialize in creative financing. Ericka has never met a challenge that she didn’t like. But most of all, she loves building a genuine relationship with each and every client. It fills her heart with joy knowing that she has had a hand in helping a family achieve their dream, even against great odds. In Ericka’s spare time she enjoys hosting gatherings at “Casa Hirons" with her amazing husband Josh and their son Julian and daughter Mila! She enjoys creating menus and taking items from her vegetable garden in order to create a fantastic meal for loved ones.

Jessica is a gatherer of people. She seeks the best in others and radiates positive energy that even strangers are drawn to. Most will tell you that by the end of their experience, they feel more like extended family than a client. Jessica has 20 years’ collective experience in the financial industry, the last seven of which have been dedicated to mastering the art of mortgage lending. It was through this experience that she realized the critical importance of relationships. In a world where everything is done online, genuine connections are more important than ever. Off the clock, Jessica is usually whipping up something delicious, adding fun flair to her authentic Mexican family recipes. She and her husband Ron are also fond of the golf course and spending quality time with their son Alexander and their two pups, Bella and Sofi.

Jenn has 18 years in the financial industry, 16 of those being a mortgage professional. Over the years she has explored opportunities in the mortgage loan process including compliance, processing, underwriting and loan origination. The extensive knowledge she has acquired throughout the years has given her the ability to assist her clients with unique loan scenarios. Jenn enjoys educating her clients on the mortgage loan process and as a result creates genuine relationships lasting well past a loan transaction. Jenn loves helping her clients obtain the dream of home ownership. Outside of work, Jenn enjoys spending her time with her husband Peter, daughter Lily and their Siberian Husky named Loki.

Jazel began her career in the mortgage industry seven years ago. Long before that, she fell in love with helping people. Her value for family and friends stems from humble beginnings, and the sense of community she adopted from growing up in a small border town. Her experience as a Licensed Loan Coordinator has helped her understand both sides of the business, and ensure that every client is empowered with the knowledge. Jazel brings a high level of integrity, creativity, and detail to everything she does. Whether it’s growing your business, or becoming more involved in the community, Jazel is passionate about helping others reach their highest potential. By supporting the 3M Group and referral partners to be the best they can be, she ensures clients are receiving the concierge service they deserve. Jazel is also a member of the Valley of the Sun Active 2030 Club, a non-profit organization here in the Valley that raises money for local children’s charities year-round. One of her passions is interior design and decorating the house that she shares with her husband Jeremy, their son Ventura, their daughter Vida, and their two rescue dogs, Chug & Manzana.

Leah is the organizational backbone of our team, and honorary fifth “M” of the 3M Group. She joined the mortgage industry in 2016, and currently oversees the loan process and all builder accounts. Securing the place you will call “home” is the biggest investment most will make. That is why to her, the mortgage process is more than a transaction – it is a means to establish a firm foundation in life. Leah enjoys providing 3M Group clients with the clarification they need to feel comfortable and confident each step of the way. In some cases, it is important to see that borrowers are given a second chance at purchasing their dream home. Leah believes that the key to true happiness – whether at work or at home – lies in surrounding yourself with good people. Leah says that she feels fortunate to work with people like that every single day. Leah is actively involved in CrossFit, and always teaching us something new about nutrition. In her spare time, Leah can be found exploring Arizona’s outdoors with her husband Taylor, their sons Mason and Maddux, and their two dogs Zona and Tucker.

With over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Cynthia is a seasoned professional who oversees our team's loans. Her expertise in loan processing and underwriting ensures that every application is handled with the utmost care and precision. Cynthia's knowledge and experience have been recognized in the industry, as she was awarded Top Processor of the Year in 2021 and continues to maintain that distinction every month.
Beyond her impressive professional accomplishments, Cynthia is a loving mother to three beautiful children, Ashley (31), Anthony (29), and Tristan (25). She also has a beloved fur baby named Channel. Cynthia's dedication to her family is matched only by her passion for adventure and exploration. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, hiking, and going out for sushi with her friends. She especially loves spending quality time with her family, whether it's cooking a big family dinner or taking a road trip to discover new places.

Corie is an exceptional mortgage loan processor who joined our team two years ago and has quickly become a valuable member of our team. With a keen eye for detail and a dedication to ensuring that every loan is processed efficiently and accurately, Corie has earned the respect and admiration of both her colleagues and our clients. In fact, she was awarded Assistant Processor of the Year in 2022, a testament to her hard work and dedication.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Corie is known for her friendly personality and positive attitude. She is a pleasure to work with and always goes above and beyond to ensure that our clients feel supported and informed throughout the mortgage process.
Outside of work, Corie is a devoted wife to Francisco and mother to their daughter, Amelia, who is six years old. They share their home with a beloved cat named Tinny and two Frenchies named Lulu and Daisy. In her free time, Corie enjoys antique shopping with her family to look for Fenton glassware. Her appreciation for vintage finds extends to her wardrobe, where she can often be seen wearing vintage-inspired pieces that showcase her unique sense of style.
